FAQ
Can I pay off my collection with a payment plan?
Yes! I can break your investment up into 4 payments. Full payment is needed before I deliver your gallery.
I am feeling nervous, will you pose us?
Of course! It's completely normal to feel nervous about a photo session, but don't worry—I’m here to guide you every step of the way. I'll suggest poses and create a relaxed atmosphere so you can feel at ease. My aim is to guide you in a way that helps tell your unique family story, capturing genuine moments and emotions. Together, we'll create beautiful, natural photos that you'll cherish for years to come.
When will I see my full gallery?
My turnaround time is usually 2 weeks. I will always let you know if it will be any longer. You will receive your gallery in a secure online gallery where you can choose your favourites or upgrade to the full gallery.
Do I have to order prints through you?
Not at all! However, I do recommend using a professional printing lab. I've spent a lot of time curating your gallery to ensure the colors are true to my style of editing. Printing at places like Kmart or Big W can result in a loss of color depth and saturation, compromising the quality of your photos.
What time is the best time for our photos?
I always recommend starting your session 60 minutes before sunset or up to 60 minutes after sunrise. Why? Golden hour! My outdoor sessions take advantage of this magical time, creating that dreamy, light-filled quality in your images.
